Artichokes cooked with garlic

An ideal dish for dinner. Besides rich has very few calories.
Peel the artichokes and lemon rub gently to avoid turning black.
In a ceramic pot put oil, garlic games, artichoke hearts, halved, pine nuts, salt, pepper and lemon pieces.
Boil over low heat until the artichokes are tender.
Dinner is served!
