The Fundación Ingenio, in which Camposeven participates, has organized a course for those responsible for business projects to learn how to successfully manage the initiatives they undertake. The seminar is carried out in collaboration with the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the Gesplan Research Group.

 

The course has been designed with the purpose that attendees acquire the technical and behavioral skills to direct and manage projects through the knowledge of the techniques and control instruments that exist at the moment. Above all, strengthening their skills and competencies to improve their leadership skills and motivation and enhancing their personal skills to improve their social relationships and their level of self-knowledge and self-motivation.

 

The seminar is fundamentally practical with experiences and real business situations that students must learn to cope with, working as a team.

 

The course is held in the Residencia Villademar de San Pedro del Pinatar and the same participates, among others, the professor of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Adolfo Cazorla Montero; The director of Camposeven, Adolfo García Albaladejo; Or the agronomist engineer Ignacio de los Ríos Carmenado.

 

Fundación Ingenio aims to stimulate entrepreneurial initiatives from all walks of life among young people with innovative and creative ideas. Their actions are directed to discover talented ideas and knowledge that improve the economic and social environment of the Region of Murcia, with special attention to the agricultural world.

 

Among its objectives, the promotion of initiatives that contribute to the employment of groups with disabilities such as the disabled, the long-term unemployed, battered women, immigrants and refugees, young people and those over 45 years of age are also encouraged.

 

Fundación Ingenio is formed by Camposeven, Jera Avanza, SAT Los Ritas de Pilar, Biocampo, Interempleo, Transportes Caliche Group and Villademar Residence.
