This week we offer this salad that proposed Juanmari our friend, chef and owner of the restaurant with the same name, located in San Pedro del Pinatar. From today it has become a regular contributor to give you our fresh and healthy vegetables to develop our ideas. 

We begin this new stage with a delicious salad of radish and cabbage Granada. 



300 gr cabbage horseradish 

80 gr to 150 gr cauliflower Granada 

150 grams of broccoli 

100g Celery 

1/2 part orange 

1/2 orange juice 

1 tablespoon soy liquid 

1 tablespoon oil 

a pinch of salt and pepper 


We clean with water all the vegetable. 

Cut into cubes. 

Add the vegetables to a bowl, add the soy, oil, orange juice and season. 

We will leave about 15 minutes to marinate vegetables and ready to eat.
