Ingredients:
800g of salmon
400g fennel
2 pieces of leek
3 pieces of spring onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 gr grated Parmesan cheese
4 pieces of aluminum foil 40x60cm
Salt, pepper, water.
Preparation:
We put a pot of water. When the water starts to boil we added the whole vegetables well rinsed. We left about 4 minutes.
We took the vegetables. Drain well and let cool.
We put the pieces of aluminum foil on a work table. Put a piece of salmon 200 gr.
Chop the vegetables and put codida above Salmon Steak.
Add a little Parmesan cheese, salt and oil.
Well close the foil and put it in a tray in the oven at a temperature of 170 º. We left about 5 minutes ready to emplatar.
