300 gr cabbage 

1 onion 

2 cloves of garlic 

1 leek 

200 gr cod 

salt and pepper 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

1 red pepper 

1 liter of water 


We take four leaf cabbage and separate them from the rest, after the use. 

Cut into julienne (very thin) onion, cabbage, garlic, leek and pepper. 

We put oil in a saucepan, and when hot add the garlic, then the onion and leek 

We also added red pepper and col.Dejamos 10 minutes they all well browned. Once the vegetables are fried cod and we will let cook another five minutes. 

In another saucepan put the kettle on and we take 4 cabbage leaves about three minutes, take it off and cool it with cold water and let drain. 

Fill cabbage leaves stuffed with vegetable and cod and cabbage leaf close doing a roll. 

It is advisable to accompany some pepper cream or any vegetable.
